Terms and Conditions of Service

 

Cancellation of Service

A 2 hour cancellation policy applies to all sedan reservations in Los Angeles County, 3 hours outside of Los Angeles County, and 4 hours anywhere outside of Southern California. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to Vans and Stretches. Client will be billed 80% of the full rate in the occurrence of a late cancellation. No Shows at time of pick up will pay the full amount.

Cancellation Policy for stretched Hummer or SUV’s, Passenger Buses and Party Limo Buses.
Cancellations for Specialty Events is 48 hours. A 25% nonrefundable fee of the total cost of the booking will be charged!

Woodland Hills Executive Limousine requires a major credit card to process all reservations.

All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking vehicles and no smoking of any substance is allowed.

Airport Pick Ups

To avoid a no-show fee at an airport, please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. The number is (818) 340-9010. If you cell phone is dead, call (800) 540-1056 through the airport payphones. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at the foot of the escalator or one you have passed through the security doors (if you haven’t arranged for a Curbside Pick Up.) Additional charges may incur for waiting time for lost bags or arriving flights if the flight arrives later than the time on the airline websites, their phone services or other flight status services. (This rarely occurs and usually only if your flight is stuck on the runway after landing for a protracted period of time for whatever reason beyond our control.)

Woodland Hills Executive Limousine Service shall not be held responsible for our late pickups caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information provided by the client or representative thereof, and any situation beyond our control.

Additional Fees that May Apply

Add $10.00 for any inside Meet & Greet service on all domestic flights.
Add $22.00 for any inside Meet & Greet service on any International Flights.
Add $15.00 wait time for each 15 minutes on departures (after 1st. 15 minute grace period.)
Add $10 for airport Pickups before 5:00 AM and after Midnight.
Add $10 for each 15 minutes of waiting time for lost baggage.
Add any tolls.
All rates are subject to a gas surcharge if the price of gasoline rises above $4 per gallon.
Add $10.00 for each additional pickup, drop, or stops on route to your destination.  If the pickup, stop, or drop is not along a direct route to the airport, please inquire.
